1. Honey and Peanut Butter Flapjacks
Ingredients:
- 170 g oatmeal flakes
- 70 g butter
- 70 g peanut butter
- 60 g honey
Method:
1. Heat the oven to 180ºC and place the cake tin with baking paper.
2. Melt the honey and butter in the bowl. Then add peanut butter, oats and stir well.
3. Put the mixture into the mold and spread it evenly. Transfer the oat mixture to the prepared cake tin and spread it.
4. Bake for 10-20 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool in the tin, then turn out and cut into squares.
2. Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients for 20 cookies:
- ¼ cup of spelt flour (or any other)
- 50 g butter
- cup of peanut butter (we used Crunchy peanut butter and so we didn’t have to add more pieces of nuts)
- an egg
- cup of cane sugar or agave syrup
- 10 g baking powder
- a few drops of vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Method:
1. Heat the oven to 170ºC and prepare the baking tray with baking parchment.
2. In 2 bowls, mix dry (flour + sugar + baking powder + salt) and wet (melted butter + peanut butter + egg + vanilla extract) ingredients.
3. Pour the dry mixture into a bowl and form a solid dough together with the liquid mixture.
4. Break off small sized chunks of dough, place them, well spaced apart, on the tray and press the cookies down with the palm or cup to squash them a little.
5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.

3. Peanut Butter Smoothie
Ingredients:
- ½ of banana
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- 1 tbsp of oats
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp of agave syrup
- 200 ml of milk
Method:
1. Blend all ingredients except milk in the blender, and add it at the end to avoid lumps.
2. Voilá, smoothie is ready! A chocolate protein biscuit is great with it. You should definitely try!
4. Peanut Butter Popcorn
Ingredients:
- salty popcorn
- 1 tbsp of cane sugar (optional)
- 1 tbsp of peanut butter
- a pinch of cinnamon
Method:
1. Put the popcorn bag in the microwave for half a minute to pop slightly.
2. Then pour popcorn into the bowl (do not throw the bag away) and add sugar, cinnamon and peanut butter.
3. Put the mixture back into the bag, fold the opening part a few times to prevent opening, and put it back in the microwave for 3-4 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 200 dates
- 500 ml boiling water
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tsp agave syrup

Method:
1. Place pitted dates in a bowl and pour over with boiling (or at least hot) water and leave for 15 minutes to soak.
2. Put dates into a blender. Add peanut butter, agave syrup and vanilla. Blend into sticky mass.
3. Place the mixture (caramel) in any closable container – a box lined with baking paper or greased with coconut oil.

6. Peanut Butter Bonbons
Ingredients for 10 bonbons:
- 1 banana
- jam (we used homemade strawberry jam but the choice is yours)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 50 g of dark chocolate
- 15 g of coconut oil
Method:
1. Cut bananas into approximately 2 cm thick slices. Hollow out the inside of each banana slice.
2. Fill bananas with jam and top with peanut butter. Place on a plate or in a baking tray so that candies do not stick.
3. Put them in the freezer for 2 hours.
4. When the peanut butter hardens, coat bonbons with chocolate of the room temperature, which you can prepare by melting coconut oil and chocolate. Again, leave it in the fridge to harden.

Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 50 ml of milk
- 2 tbsp peanut butter

Method
1. Cut bananas into smaller slices and place in the freezer overnight.
2. Blend frozen bananas almost to a loose mixture.
3. Let bananas soften a little and then add milk. Blend again and put ice cream into a dish or directly to an airtight container.

5. Leave it to freeze for a night or at least four hours. Before serving, you can pour some calorie-free chocolate syrup or sprinkle with nuts.
8. Apple Peanut Butter Muffins
Ingredients:
- 250 g of spelt flour (or any other)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 50 g of softened butter
- 125 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 2 apples (1 sliced and 1 grated)
- 12 g of baking powder
- 125 g of cane sugar or agave syrup
- 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C and place muffin cups in the pan.
2. In a larger bowl, mix the wet ingredients, except the apples.
3. Combine the flour mixture with the wet mixture, mix and add apples – grated and sliced. You can also add pieces of chocolate, nuts, seeds or dried fruit to your taste.
4. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
9. 15-Minute Overnights
Ingredients:
- ½ cup of oats
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tsp of peanut butter
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp agave syrup
Method:
1. Put the oats, milk and chia seeds into a sealable container – for example, in a small jars, and mix well.
2. Put it into the microwave for 2-3 minutes (the warmer the milk, the faster the flakes and chia seeds soak)
3. Mix and leave for 10 minutes. Finally, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
4. You can also add fruit on top.
10. Peanut Butter Brownies
Ingredients:
- 80 g of spelt flour or oat flour
- 200 g of dark chocolate with higher cocoa percentage
- 2 eggs
- 140 g of butter
- 65 g of cane sugar
- 1 tbsp of cocoa

Method:
1. Heat the oven to 180ºC and linen a small baking pan with parchment paper, or grease with butter or coconut oil.
2. In the bowl, melt the chocolate with coconut oil (or butter), add sugar and mix. It is important to let the mixture cool a little.
3. Then add eggs, flour and cocoa. Stir carefully.
4. Pour the dough into a mould and pour peanut butter on top.
5. Bake for 30-40 minutes. Let brownies cool before slicing or serving.
