Method:

In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, protein powder, a pinch of salt, and xylitol. Stir and gradually add liquid ingredients: melted coconut oil, milk, and eggs. Mix thoroughly again. At the end, just add freeze-dried raspberries.

Cake Pops - Batter

Take a baking tray lined with parchment paper and evenly pour the batter into it. Place it in the oven preheated to 170 °C and bake for 45 minutes. Then increase the temperature to 180 °C and bake for an additional 10 minutes. To check if the batter is done, insert a skewer; if it comes out dry, it’s ready. If it doesn’t, leave it in the oven and check every 5 minutes until it is ready.

Let the batter cool and then crumble it into a bowl. Add quark flavoured with Flavor Drops, mix, and shape 12 balls from the batter. Put them in the freezer for 20 minutes to firm up. While you wait, prepare the coating by melting chocolate in a water bath in a pot or in a silicone food bag. You can also melt it in the microwave. Once the balls are out of the freezer, dip them in melted chocolate, sprinkle them with crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and place them on a skewer for easier handling. When you’re done with decorating your cake pops, freeze them for an additional 15 minutes.
