Christmas is coming and you don’t know what to bake? That is why we have prepared a recipe for crunchy walnut tarts with chocolate that will captivate you with their unique taste. They will also surprise you with a minimum of ingredients and undemanding preparation. Let’s do this!
For tarts we need:
- 60 g hazelnuts
- 60 g oatflakes
- 40 g honey
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
For filling we need:
- 70 g dark chocolate
- 70 g canned coconut milk (solid part)
- 7 pcs hazelnuts

The first step is to separate the hazelnuts from the skin. Place the hazelnuts in a heated oven and bake for a while at 180 ° C. Once they start catching a golden tint, we can remove them. Place the warm hazelnuts in a towel and rub together to separate them from the skin. Put peeled hazelnuts in a blender, add oatmeal and mix in fine. Then add the cinnamon, egg, honey and make a smooth dough. Place the dough in silicone tart form and place in a heated oven, baking at 180 ° C for approximately 15 minutes.
While the cups are baking, we prepare a chocolate filling. Put a solid portion of coconut milk in a pot and bring to a boil. In the meantime, break the chocolate into pieces and add boiled coconut milk. Leave the mixture to stand for a minute and then mix thoroughly.
Remove the baked tarts from the oven and let them cool. Put one hazelnut in the center of each tart and pour over the chocolate cream. Leave the hazelnut tarts stiff in the refrigerator and serve. Bon appetite!
