BIO RBD Coconut Oil is a plant oil in BIO quality extracted from dried pulp of coconut kernels called copra. RBD stands for refined, bleached, and deodorized coconut oil. Most of its composition is made up of lauric acid and other medium-chain triglycerides (MCT), which contribute to its metabolic effect in the body.
