Delicious and nutritious (nuts, cocoa, and a good amount of protein), without added excess oil or sugar. It reminds me very much of my favorite Ferrero Rocher, only much healthier. Perfect for baking, pancakes, or enjoyed on its own. The only characteristic, rather than a drawback, is that all GymBeam nut butters have a very astringent texture—extremely so—due to their nearly 100% nut composition. Please be prepared for this. I have never eaten anything so disgustingly flavored in my life. Based on the image and the description, I expected some kind of Nutella-like product, but this one is runny, lumpy, lighter in color than shown in the picture, and has a burnt taste. As another review mentioned: it sticks to the roof of the mouth and literally everywhere; it is inedible. I swear to God, I tried it multiple times, even spreading it on bread in hopes that a thinner portion would be palatable, but no—I threw it in the trash. It is utterly inedible sludge. The image here (which is much darker than reality) has nothing to do with what I received. OK. However, this is a "more liquid" product, which is a great disappointment. Yes, it is unflavored, but the base hazelnut lacks a distinct taste, and as others have noted, the protein flavor is present due to the protein content. So, it is neither sweet, nor cocoa-flavored, nor hazelnut-flavored; instead, it is runnier, has a protein taste, and somehow sticks together, adhering to the roof of the mouth and getting stuck between the teeth as a mass. In short, it is terrible; I would not eat it even for free. This is the typical product that makes one wonder why it was made in the first place.
