Method:

Start by rinsing the quinoa thoroughly and then cooking it until tender according to the package instructions. Once cooked, let it cool.

In a bowl, mix together the plain flour, cooled quinoa, vanilla protein powder, baking powder and a pinch of salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk, then pour everything into the second bowl with the flour mixture and other ingredients. Mix everything thoroughly until you get a smooth batter.
