Ingredients:
- 130 g wholemeal spelt flour, plain
- 100 g low-fat milk
- 100 g low-fat cottage cheese
- 40 g vanilla micellar protein
- 40 g butter at room temperature
- 10 g agave syrup (can be replaced with coconut syrup)
- 3 eggs
- 3 bananas
- cinnamon to taste

Method:
Start by taking the bananas, peeling them and mashing them in a bowl with a fork.
Then add the cottage cheese, milk, butter and eggs. In another bowl, mix together the flour, protein, agave syrup (or coconut syrup), and a pinch of salt and cinnamon to taste. Mix everything thoroughly. Finally, combine the two mixtures, flour and banana, to form a smooth dough. Spray a baking tray with canola oil, or line with baking paper. Spread the dough evenly, place in a preheated oven at 190°C and bake for 45-55 minutes. After baking, the dough should still be soft.
