  • fruit – 2 oranges, 1 lemon, 2 pears, 3 apples
  • 30 g coconut sugar
  • spices (optional) – cinnamon, star anise, cloves
  • 1 coffee spoon rum aroma

Directions:

Brew 8 teaspoons of loose tea in 1,5 l of water in a pot. Then peel and cut apples, pears, oranges, and lemons. Add to the pot and cook it over a low flame for about 20 minutes. Finally, add coconut sugar, cinnamon stick, star anise, cloves, and cook slowly for about an hour. Strain the brewed drink. Add a coffee spoon of rum aroma to the punch and serve. Cheers!
