Thoroughly whisk everything together until the batter has a smooth and creamy consistency.
Take a square baking tray, line it with baking paper, evenly spread the batter on it, and bake at 180°C (356°F) for about 25 minutes. Once the brownie layer is baked, let it cool completely. In the meantime, prepare the cream by mixing the quark, protein powder and Vanilla Flavor Drops.
Prepare coffee and let it cool down. When you’re ready, it’s time to start layering.
Spread half of the quark cream on the cooled brownie layer. Dip the sponge finger biscuits in the coffee and place them on top of the quark layer. Spread the remaining quark cream on the sponge fingers.
Finally, dust the dessert with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least two hours, preferably overnight.
