Method:

Mix the egg with Greek yoghurt. Add spelt flour, protein powder, 20 g cane sugar, baking powder, and knead a smooth dough. Dust both your surface and your hands and shape the dough into several longer noodles. Then wrap them around a glass jar sprayed with cooking spray.

Place the jar on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake it at 180 °C for about 20 minutes. Remove the baked cake from the oven and, while still hot, brush it with melted ghee, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and ground walnuts. Then slide the cake off of the jar and serve it while still warm.
