Method:

Start by preheating the oven to 170°C. In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients, fine spelt flourvanilla protein, cocoa powder and baking powder.

In another bowl, whisk together the bananas, eggs, MoiMüv Protein Milkshake and melted coconut oil. Pour this liquid mixture in with the dry ingredients and mix into a smooth batter. Finally, add the MoiMüv Protein Crispies and thoroughly combine again. Set the batter aside and prepare the cream.

Mix together the low-fat quark, vanilla protein and eggs. Mix well to combine all ingredients.

And slowly you can start layering. Take a muffin tin and line it with silicone or paper cupcake liners. Put a spoonful of batter on the bottom, a spoonful of cream cheese, and the batter on top. Layer like this until you have liners completely filled to the brim. When you’re done, top with MoiMüv Protein Crispies

Place the prepared muffins in a preheated oven and bake for approximately 30 minutes. After taking them out, they can be served immediately.
