Ingredients for the salad:
- 450 g chicken breast
- 300 g pasta
- 200 g sweet corn
- 3 red sweet peppers
- 1 yellow sweet pepper
- 1 red onion
- coriander to taste
- black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- cooking spray

- 20 g soy sauce
- 10 g agave syrup
- 5 g rice vinegar
- 5 g peanut butter
- 1/2 lemon
- 10 g of sesame seeds and coriander for garnish

Instructions:
Start by cooking the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let them cool.
Next, prepare the dressing. Mix soy sauce, agave syrup, rice vinegar, peanut butter, and lemon in a blender until creamy. If you don’t have a blender, thorough mixing will also suffice.
Heat a pan and spray it with oil. Slice the chicken and season it with salt and black pepper, then sauté until fully cooked and golden brown. If you prefer a simpler preparation, you can also use pre-cooked chicken.
Clean all your vegetables and chop them finely – sweet peppers, onion, and of course, coriander. At this point, all you have to do is to mix everything together and you’re done.
Prepare three large bowls. Place the cooled pasta, sliced onion, sweet corn, and sweet peppers in them. Pour the dressing over everything, mix well, add the chicken, sprinkle with sesame seeds, garnish with coriander, and you’re ready to dig in.
