Method:

In a pot, mix milk, semolina, salt, and protein powder.

Winter Semolina Pudding with Apples and Cinnamon Butter - Instructions

Place it on the stove and simmer slowly until the pudding thickens. If it’s too thick, add a bit of milk. Turn off the stove, cover the pot with a lid to keep it warm, and go deal with the other components.

Peel and chop the apple into small pieces. In a pan, heat regular butter and sauté the apples with cinnamon, star anise, and maple syrup.
