First of all, soak the cashew nutsin warm water for about 3 – 4 hours. Then we wash them and mix them with water. Pour the contents of the probioticcapsules to the mixture and mix together once more. We get about 800 ml of the mixture, which we put in prepared glass containers. (We used two cups with lids and a capacity of 400 ml). Let such yogurt stand for at least 24 hours at room temperature. After the fermentation process, you will see how the yogurt thickens and bubbles form in it. After 24 hours, store in the refrigerator. The recommended dose is 100 g.
