What should a healthy, tasty, and quick snack look like? Maybe like these granola bars. They are full of seeds, protein, and other goodies that create an incredible taste experience in your mouth. You can take them with you to work or on a trip. They can also be part of a balanced breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 200 g 5-grain flakes mix
- 80 ml low-fat milk
- 70 g xylitol
- 60 g vanilla protein powder
- 20 g peanut butter (we used smooth one)
- 20 g pumpkin seeds
- 20 g coconut flakes
- 20 g freeze-dried raspberries
- 10 g sesame seeds
- 2 eggs

Method:
First, mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl, including the 5-grain flakes, xylitol, vanilla protein powder, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, freeze-dried raspberries and sesame seeds.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, milk, eggs and Flavor Drops to taste.
Pour this mixture over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Let the mixture sit for 20 minutes.
Then, take a baking sheet and line it with baking paper (our sheet measured 30×15 cm). Spread the prepared mixture evenly onto the sheet. Place it in a preheated oven at 170 °C and bake for 25 minutes. Once baked, let the mixture cool and then cut it into smaller bars. You should get approximately 10 bars.

These bars taste great when enjoyed at home with a cup of coffee. However, you can also fully appreciate them after a long hike in the mountains.
