To start off, we’ll prepare the crust. Combine the crushed sponge biscuits with softened butter. Grease a baking pan with cooking spray and spread this biscuit mixture evenly onto the bottom of the pan.
Next up is preparing the filling. Take your hand mixer and smoothly blend the cottage cheese in a bowl. Add the low-fat quark, and don’t forget the vanilla Flavor Drops for that extra taste.
