Lately, we’ve been coming up with raw recipes rather often, but we truly cannot help it! They are easy to prepare, even by beginner cooks, and the taste of fresh ingredients is beyond description! You must try this! This time we came up with a dessert of the highest calibre, namely raw date bars with fruit that have won our hearts due to their soft texture and refreshing fruit taste.

Directions:

Prepare a smaller brownie tray and line it with baking paper. Mix the date paste with both flours, cocoa and salt until you get a uniform solid mixture. Put the dough on a tray and evenly press it to the bottom. Then mix fruit, dates, coconut, peanut butter, beetroot powder and coconut oil and spread this mixture evenly on the base. Finally, melt the chocolate in a water bath with coconut oil and then pour it on top of the cake and sprinkle it with hemp seeds. Then put the tray in the fridge for a few hours, cut it into 20 pieces and serve! Yum!
