Thanks to the method of processing, it contains only 10.4 g of fat in 100 g, of which 7 g of beneficial omega 3 fatty acids in the form of linoleic acid. This will significantly support the intake of this acid which contributes to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels when consumed 10 g per day It also has impressive 45.7 g of protein and a high proportion of healthy fiber.
