  • tbsp pure Ghee
  • vegetables – tomatoes, lettuce, pepper, spring onions
  • your favourite fresh herbs
  • salt

Directions:

Pour the egg mixture into a cold pan over low heat, add ghee after a few minutes, and mix until the eggs are ready. The longer you stir, the less creamy the eggs will be. Season the finished eggs with salt, spring onions, and herbs. Serve with loads of vegetables. Bon appetite!

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs 
  • 100 g Halloumi cheese
  • 3 slices of chicken ham
  • vegetables – cucumber, lettuce
  • avocado

  • salt

Directions:

Fry halloumi cheese in a dry pan. Meanwhile, mix the eggs and salt in a bowl and add the diced ham. Spray the pan with oil and pour the egg mixture into it. Cover the pan with a lid for 5 minutes. Boil water in a bigger pot. Then add vinegar to the water and create a strong vortex by spinning the water round. Immediately, pour the egg into the water. Boil the egg for about 4-5 minutes. In the meantime, smear the bread with ajvar and mashed avocado. Take the egg out of the water and place it on the bread. Season it with salt, black pepper, chilli and herbs. Serve and enjoy!
