To prepare the protein bread, you need 500 g of the Protein Bread Mix, 29 g of fresh yeast and 280 ml of water. 



  1. Pour 280 ml of water (temperature around 30 °C) into a large bowl and dissolve 29 g of fresh yeast in it. 
  2. Add 500 g of the Protein Bread Mix and mix thoroughly with an electric mixer. 
  3. Divide the dough into approximately 100-gram buns and leave to rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes. 
  4. Brush the buns with water before placing them in the oven. 
  5. Preheat the oven to 200 °C, put in the buns and then reduce the heat to 180 °C. 
  6. Bake the buns for about 20 minutes, however, you should take into account the capabilities of your oven.
