Method:

Firstly, we start with preparing salsaChop finely the tomatoes, coriander and onion, mix them in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and lime juice. Then prepare quesadilla. Sprinkle the tortilla with tomato sauce and add tuna, granular cheese and baby spinach on one half.
