Separate the egg yolks from the whites and whisk the yolks with sugar, water, and oil until foamy. Then stir in sifted flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and finely grated orange zest. In another bowl, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form, then gently fold them into the yolk mixture. Pour the batter into a cake tin lined with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes at 180°C. The cake is done when a toothpick inserted into it comes out clean. Once the sponge is ready, spread the Jammy Spread over it and let it cool.

Meanwhile, prepare the cream. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil, and when it’s smooth, add the cream cheese. Mix thoroughly, and adjust the flavour with Vanilla Flavor Drops if needed. Evenly spread the cream on the cooled sponge and refrigerate for a few hours. Decorate the cake with orange slices before serving.
