This recipe has changed everything, though! You must try our delicious carrot cake with walnuts and vanilla cream. This unconventional ingredient has added a wonderful touch to this sweet dessert and you are guaranteed to enjoy its every bite. Let’s dive right into it!

Beat the eggs in a large bowl and then add yoghurt, oil, honey, milk and vanilla extract. Mix them well together in order to create a smooth mixture. Mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder with baking soda and salt in another bowl. Then chop the walnuts and lightly fry them in a pan. Then grate the carrot and remove the excess water. Pour the mixture of flour and other dry ingredients into the yoghurt mixture and mix it so that all the ingredients combine well. Then add the carrots and walnuts. Prepare a medium-sized baking sheet, line it with baking paper and pour the prepared mixture on it. Bake at 180 °C for about 30 minutes. After baking, let the cake cool and meanwhile prepare the cream. Mix yoghurt with syrup and add a few drops of Flavor Drops. When the cake is cooled, cut it in half. Apply the cream on the first layer, cover it with the second layer and also apply the remaining cream on top. Garnish the cake with chopped walnuts, serve and enjoy!
