- 550 g spelt wholemeal flour
- 80 g butter
- 300 ml lukewarm milk

- 1 egg

First of all, prepare the buns. Pour the flour into a bowl, create a hole in the middle and salt the edges. Add sugar, yeast, and half of the milk. Let it ferment for 10 – 15 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients – milk, egg, and melted butter. Mix all the ingredients together until you get a smooth dough. Cover the bowl and let it rise in a warm place for about 30 – 40 minutes. After that, divide the dough into eight parts. Roll out each piece and cut it into small pieces, about 1.5 cm long. Place them next to each other on an oil-sprayed baking sheet. Bake at 180 ℃ for about 20 – 25 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the pudding. Add water to the mixture and mix to get rid of all lumps. Put the freshly baked buns on a plate, add the pudding, and garnish with fruit. Serve and enjoy!
