Fitness Recipe: Cinnamon Waffles

Do you want to prepare a luxurious breakfast that looks like something from a café in no time? Then you should get started on these delicious cinnamon waffles. Apart from their taste, you’ll love the way they make your kitchen smell. They taste best when you garnish them with agave syrup. But you can’t go wrong with nut butter either.

Method:

In a bowl, thoroughly mix together the spelt flourprotein, ground cinnamon and salt. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla Flavor Drops and cashew butter with cinnamon roll flavour. To help the cashew butter combine better with the other ingredients, it’s a good idea to put it in the microwave to warm it up for a bit.

Gradually stir the dry mixture into the milk and egg mixture to make a smooth batter. Then heat up a waffle maker, spray it with oil spray, spread a reasonable amount of batter and gradually fry all the waffles until golden brown. The entire mixture should make 6 waffles. After they are done, garnish with agave syrup and cinnamon and serve.
