Prick the sweet potatoes with a fork and bake them at 180 °C for about 45 minutes until they are completely soft. Meanwhile, grind the beef, add salt and seasonings. Then fry the finely chopped onion until golden brown in hot oil. Add tomato purée, ground beef, cumin, ground sweet paprika and sauté until the meat looks done. Drizzle the meat with the broth, add the sliced tomatoes and simmer for about 15 minutes covered with a lid.
