Anyone looking for inspiration for quick lunchbox meals probably wants to eat healthily. Today, we’ve prepared this juicy mixture, featuring our mayonnaise in a somewhat unconventional role. However, it perfectly ties together all the ingredients, resulting in the ultimate delicacy. Judge for yourself.
Ingredients:
- 600 g potatoes
- 300 g chicken breasts
- 50 g light mayonnaise
- 10 g Parmesan
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- green parsley to taste
- spray oil
- a pinch of salt

Method:
Clean and finely chop the chicken. Season it with salt, pepper, and sweet paprika. Heat your pan, spray it with cooking oil, and sauté until golden brown.
Once the chicken is done, set it aside. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes, onion, and garlic. Cut the potatoes into fries and finely chop the onion and garlic.
In a larger baking dish, mix the chicken, onion, garlic, potatoes, and then add the mayonnaise.
Place the prepared mixture in an oven preheated to 190 °C and bake for 30–40 minutes until the potatoes soften and turn golden brown on the surface. Add water if needed during baking. Before serving, garnish with parsley and Parmesan.
