First, use a fork to squash the banana into a mash. Subsequently, in a large bowl, mix all the ingredients for the dough – water, chopped dates, protein, peanut butter powder, chia seeds, chopped nuts, banana mash and cinnamon. Allow the mixture to stand for at least 10 minutes so that the chia seeds swell and the mass thickens. Divide the prepared dough into 10 equal parts and use your hands to form them into cookies. Subsequently, coat the baking pan with baking paper, place the cookies on it and put in a heated oven and bake it at 200 ℃ for approximately 20 minutes.
