- 160 g tofu
- 150 g rice
- ½ avocado
- ¼ mango
- mung bean sprouts
- olive oil cooking spray
- salt to taste

- 40 ml soya sauce
- honey and lime juice to taste

Boil rice in salted water until soft. Meanwhile, cut tofu into cubes and fry it in olive oil until golden. Then add the cooked rice to the bottom of the serving bowl, and top with sliced radish, mango, avocado, mung bean sprouts, and wakame. Drizzle sauce over the poke bowl, prepared by mixing soy sauce with honey and lime juice. Bon appétit!
