Directions:

First, we mix all powder ingredients in a bowlflour, baking powder, protein, xylitol and cinnamon. Stir properly and add liquid ingredients – water, proteinela, oil, flavor drops. Mix the dough well with a whisk and pour it into a baking form (we used 30 x 18 cm) lined with baking paper or sprayed with cooking spray. Then place washed, pitted and sliced plums on the dough, which we gently press into the dough. Bake the cake for 30 minutes at 175 ℃ and then for another 10 minutes at 150 ℃. Finally, we can use proteinela mixed with milk as a frosting. Bon appetite!
