Fitness recipe: Grated Cheesecake with a dose of protein

Imagine the combination of a delicate chocolate dough and delicious taste of curd. This is exactly what we bring you in new fitness recipe for grated Cheesecake that will please you not only with its taste and saturation, but also with high amount of protein. You should try it!

  • 300 g thick curd
  • 250 g lump curd
  • 30 g protein powder with vanilla flavor
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 PL flavor drops with vanilla flavor
  • pinch of salt

At the beginning, mix oatmeal, water, protein, xylitol, oil, cacao, egg yolks, psyllium and baking powder. Knead the mixture with hand until compact dough without lumps. Put such prepared dough to the refrigerator for 1 hour. In the meantime prepare the filling by whipping the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Mix remaining ingredients together – curd, protein and flavor drops and at the end carefully add whipped egg whites so that the filling remains fluffy.

After an hour, take the dough out from refrigerator and grate it coarsely with a grater. Put half of the prepared dough to the baking mold (we used a mold with a size of 22 x 22 cm), gently smooth it with a hand and layer it with prepared curd filling. Add remaining dough on the top of the cake and again gently smooth it with a hand. Bake the cake in preheated oven at 170°C for about 35 minutes. After taking out from the oven, the cake will stiffen even more and store it in the refrigerator. Decorate with fresh raspberries and serve. We wish you a pleasant gastronomic experience!
