Fitness Recipe: Filled Omelette Wrap

Egg whites are one of the best sources of protein, and if there is an opportunity to include them in our menu, we never hesitate to do so. This time we followed the motto: There is beauty in simplicity, and so we prepared a perfect omelette wrap filled with ham and fresh vegetables. Let’s try this simple and nutritious delicacy that is also very quick to prepare!

Directions:

Put ghee on the pan and let it warm up. In the meantime, slice avocado and tomatoes into thin slices. Pour the egg whites mixed with salt and pepper onto the hot pan and let it cook for a while. Put ham, tomatoes and avocado onto the omelette wrap. Cover the pan with a lid, and let the wrap cook for about 2 minutes. Then roll the omelette into a wrap and serve with salad, home-made dip or your favourite calorie-free sauce. Enjoy!
