For dough, we will need:

  • 100 g of white yoghurt
  • 75 g of ground oatmeal
  • 50 g of ground almonds
  • 20 g of protein Just Whey with chocolate flavour
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 teaspoons of cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons of sodium bicarbonate

For decorating, we will need:

  • 3 tablespoons of cottage curd 
  • honey or agave syrup
  • grated coconut

Method of preparation:

To prepare the dough, we first need to mix all the powdery ingredients – ground oatmeal, protein, ground almonds, cocoa, baking powder and soda bicarbonate. Then add white yoghurt to the mixture and mix well together. In another bowl, prepare whipped egg whites, and slowly mix it into the already prepared mass. Smoothly mix the dough into a 15 cm diameter form for cakes, smooth and bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for approximately 10 minutes. Then let the dough cool down and, in the meantime, mix the curd cheese with agave syrup or honey. After that, well-cooled dough spread with curd mixture and sprinkle with grated coconut.
