As much as you love oatmeal, sometimes it needs a change. And this baked goodness is definitely a great choice. Its consistency is reminiscent of moist brownies you all love. And when you add peanut butter on top, it doesn’t get any better than that. Once baked, all you need to do is garnish with all the ingredients you love and you’re ready to dig into this delicious treat.
Ingredients:
- 350 ml low-fat milk
- 150 g fine oats
- 120 g ripe banana
- 60 g smooth peanut butter
- 40 g dark chocolate
- 30 g chocolate protein
- 30 ml maple syrup
- 10 g cocoa
- a pinch of salt

Method:
Mix the oats with the protein, cocoa and a pinch of salt. In another bowl, mash the banana with a fork and add the maple syrup and milk. Pour the wet ingredients in with the dry ingredients and mix everything together thoroughly. Finally, stir in the dark chocolate chopped into small pieces. Pour the oat mixture into a small baking dish and drizzle it with peanut butter, gently swirling it with the back of a spoon to create a marble effect. Bake the porridge at 180 °C for about 20 minutes. When it is ready, you can serve it immediately.
Our tip: The porridge can be garnished with Greek yoghurt, fresh or lyophilized fruit.
