Preparation:

Mix avocado with banana until smooth and add cocoa and agave syrup up to your taste. Pre-fry the bread in a pan from both sides until golden brown and spread with avocado nutella. Garnish with fruit and serve! Yummy!

Ingredients:

  • 60 g ripe avocado
  • 50 g canned chickpeas
  • 20 g dried tomatoes
  • 1 slice of sourdough bread
  • ½ tsp dried herbs (basil, thyme,…)
  • salt, ground black pepper, lemon juice up for flavoring

Preparation:

First of all, prepare chickpeas. Take it out from the can, dry it with a paper towel and fry with dried herbs until golden brown with a little olive oil. Mash avocado with a fork and season with salt, ground black pepper and lemon juice.
