Nutella avotoast
Ingredients:
- 50 g ripe avocado
- 25 g ripe banana
- 1 slice of sourdough bread
- 1 tsp cocoa
- agave syrup up to the taste
- any fruit to garnish
Preparation:
Mix avocado with banana until smooth and add cocoa and agave syrup up to your taste. Pre-fry the bread in a pan from both sides until golden brown and spread with avocado nutella. Garnish with fruit and serve! Yummy!

Vegan avotoast
Ingredients:
- 60 g ripe avocado
- 50 g canned chickpeas
- 20 g dried tomatoes
- 1 slice of sourdough bread
- ½ tsp dried herbs (basil, thyme,…)
- salt, ground black pepper, lemon juice up for flavoring
- olive oil

Preparation:
First of all, prepare chickpeas. Take it out from the can, dry it with a paper towel and fry with dried herbs until golden brown with a little olive oil.
