Fitness Recipe: 3-Ingredient Banana Pancakes

You would love to enjoy a delicious breakfast, but there are not many ingredients at home. Sounds familiar? Then you have to try these fluffy pancakes. All you need are bananas, protein powder and eggs. That’s it. Then it’s up to you what to use to garnish them. We chose bananas, Jammy Spread and freeze-dried fruit, but they actually taste great even on their own or with some yoghurt or nut butter.

Method:

Mix bananas, eggs and protein powder together in a bowl until smooth.

3-Ingredient Banana Pancakes - Preparation

Take a pan, spray it with some cooking oil spray and heat it up. Then gradually fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides. One batch should be enough for about 12 pancakes, and it’s up to you whether you decide to eat them all yourself or share them with someone else.
