GymBeam is one of Europe’s largest sports nutrition and wellness brands, founded in 2014 and serving customers across the whole of Europe. Building on more than a decade of experience developing and selling our own product range, we now operate dedicated manufacturing facilities in Germany and Slovakia that produce sports nutrition, functional foods, and wellness supplements for both our own brand and external partners. Our production capabilities cover mainly powders, capsules, tablets and functional food such as protein bars or freeze-dried fruit.
Yes. We offer both models. Under our white label program, you can choose from a catalog of pre-developed, market-ready formulations and launch quickly with your own branding. Our private label service is fully customized, we develop formulations, packaging, and specifications tailored to your brand positioning and target market.
Both options are available. Our in-house R&D team can develop formulations from scratch based on your brief, covering ingredient selection, dosage optimization, sensory profile, and regulatory compliance. If you bring a finalized formulation, we will reproduce it under our quality systems. Typical R&D timelines range from 12-16 weeks depending on complexity.
Both of our facilities are ISO, HACCP and GMP certified, while our German facility is also IFS and organic certified.
Yes. Our regulatory team supports clients through the full compliance process for the European market, including country-specific notification procedures (e.g., Germany, France, Italy, Belgium), and full label artwork compliance covering nutrition declarations, allergens, and mandatory statements. For markets outside the EU, we work with local regulatory partners to ensure compliance with destination-country requirements.
It depends on the product format and certification requirements. Our German facility specializes in powders and functional food, while our Slovak facility focuses on tablets and capsules. Some product categories can be produced at either site. During the briefing stage we recommend the optimal site based on your product, volume, and target markets.
MOQs vary by product format and packaging. As a guide: Powders start at 500 kg or approximately 1,000 units, capsules and tablets at 10,000 units, and bars at 5,000 units. White label products generally have lower MOQs than fully custom private label, and we can discuss pilot runs for new brands with growth potential.
We work with a vetted network of European and global ingredient suppliers, prioritizing partners with long-standing quality records and full traceability. Every supplier undergoes an initial qualification process covering certifications, specifications, and quality documentation, followed by ongoing performance monitoring.
Yes, we can manage the full packaging supply chain. We work with established packaging partners across Europe and can recommend formats based on your product, budget, and sustainability goals, including recyclable, recycled-content, and home-compostable options. Clients with existing packaging suppliers are welcome to bring their own, subject to compatibility checks with our filling lines.
For white label products, first delivery typically takes 4 to 6 weeks after order confirmation. Custom private label projects generally run from 12 to 16 weeks from approved brief to first delivery - timelines vary with product complexity, regulatory requirements, and supplier lead times, and we provide a detailed project schedule after the initial briefing.
