Instructions:

First, cut the avocado in half and remove the seed. Spoon it out, then cut it into large pieces and put it into the blender. Add cocoa powder, agave syrup, and milk to the avocado. If your avocado is slightly bigger, add 1-2 more tablespoons of milk. Blend the whole mixture thoroughly, sweeten it with syrup according to taste, and add some milk if it is too thick. Garnish the pudding with chopped pistachios and serve! Store it in the refrigerator. Enjoy your meal!
