Directions:

First, prepare the crêpe dough. Add flour, 2 tsp of xylitol, eggs, MoiMüv Protein Milkshake, and the red beet powder into a bowl and mix until smooth. You may use a mixer to do this more quickly. Optionally, add a few Strawberry Flavor Drops. Once your dough is prepared, heat up a pan greased with some oil spray. Cook the crêpes on both sides. Once they are ready, you can proceed with the other parts of the recipe.

Use a small pot to heat up the frozen forest fruit and add the two tablespoons of xylitol. Mix cottage cheese with the vanilla protein in a separate bowl. Now you’re ready to serve. Divide your crêpes into 4 equally sized portions and serve them with the cottage cheese cream, some of the fruits and top each plate off with 10 g of sliced hazelnuts.

Our tip: The cottage cheese cream can also be used as dip, or as filling for crêpe rolls.
