Tuna Spread

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of tuna (120 g)
  • 50 g of thick white yogurt
  • ½ red onion
  • mustard, salt, ground black pepper, and lemon juice to taste

Method:

Finely chop the onion and mix it with tuna, yogurt, mustard, spices, and season with lemon juice. The balanced tuna spread is ready!

Egg Spread

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 60 g of thick white yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • a handful of Garden Cress
  • salt, ground black pepper, and lemon juice to taste

Method:

Take out the eggs from the refrigerator at least half an hour before preparing the spread so that they do not crack in the water. Cook them in boiling water for eight minutes and after cooking, cool them down in iced water. Ingredients:

  • 150 g of frozen peas
  • ½ ripped avocado (120 g)
  • 1 handful of Parsley
  • 1 garlic clove
  • lemon juice, salt, and ground black pepper to taste

Method:

Mix the cooked peas in a blender together with avocadoparsley, and garlic. Once all mixed and combined, season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Voila! Ready to be served.
