200 g protein chocolate with strawberries and white chocolate
- 150 ml of water
- 120 g dates
50 g peanut butter
30 g of Vegan Blend with chocolate flavour
20 g cocoa
- 20 g of cocoa butter

First, let the dates soak in water for a few minutes to soften them a little. Then mix them well with an electric mixer until smooth. Add mixture to the protein and both peanut butters, and mix together until well combined. Then roast hazelnuts in a dry frying pan and remove their skins.
Prepare silicone candy molds and fill it with candy dough. Press the hazelnut into each candy. Then put candies in the freezer for a few minutes. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate in a water bath and then add cocoa, cocoa butter and mix until the ingredients are well combined. Dip candies in melted chocolate and place them on a flat tray. Finally, decorate candies with chopped hazelnuts and put them back in the fridge for a few minutes until hardened. Now you can taste and enjoy this perfect sweet delicacy!
