Trying new sweet breakfast recipes is always fun. And this one is truly exceptional. The combination of strawberry jam spread and nut butter in a delightful tortilla is absolutely amazing. And if you drizzle it with caramel syrup, it will be absolutely perfect. We can almost guarantee that you won’t want to have anything else for breakfast.

Method:
In a bowl, whisk together the Mug Cake Mix, egg and milk until smooth. Then cut the tortillas into triangles (slice each of the tortillas in half and then halve them one more time). Smear one piece with Jammy Spread, nut butter and lightly sprinkle with freeze-dried raspberries.
Put together a piece with nut and jelly and an empty one to form a “sandwich”. Dip the sandwich into the prepared batter, making sure both sides are coated. Next, take a pan, spray it with some cooking spray, heat it up, and fry the prepared tortilla sandwich on both sides. Repeat the process with the remaining ingredients. You should end up with 4 sandwiches. Then, fold the sandwiches in half on a plate to make them smaller. This recipe makes two servings. They taste best garnished with Caramel Zero Sauce.
