Fitness recipe: Quick Quinoa Pizza

We would never have said that quinoa pizza can taste so great! We are so happy when we find out that favorite recipes can be prepared also in healthier fit version, but still do not lose their taste, which we all love so much! Do not hesitate and make sure by yourself!

Ingredients for dough:

  • 150 g raw quinoa

  • 1 PL dried herbs (basil, oregano,…)

Instructions:

First of all, soak quinoa in cold water for the night. The next day, rinse it under running water, dry and mix in kitchen chopper. Mix the mixed quinoa with herbs and spread it on a baking tin lined with baking paper in the shape of a circle in a thin layer.

Quick Quinoa Pizza

We have the pizza dough ready and we will bake it for 7 minutes at a temperature of 180°C. Then we take the dough, spread it with ketchup, sprinkle with pizza spices, put the favorite ingredients on it and bake it for another 10-15 minutes. Pizza is ready, serve it hot!
