- 450 ml water
- 100 g rice protein without flavor
- 100 g hemp flour
- 100 g chickpea flour
- 40 g corn starch
- 30 g soluble fiber Psyllium
- 15 g pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp cooking soda
- ½ tsp salt
First of all, dissolve psyllium in 450 ml of water, mix well and let it swell for 15 minutes. In another bowl, mix protein, hemp flour, chickpea flour, corn starch, baking powder, cooking soda and salt. After 15 minutes you can add these loose ingredients to a gel mixture from water and fiber. Knead this whole mass with hand for about 5-10 minutes until solid non-stick dough. Spray the mold with olive oil, then put the dough into it and sprinkle the top with pumpkin seeds. Bake the bread in heated oven at 180°C for 50 minutes. After baking, let it cool and then enjoy!
