First of all, we cut the garlic into cloves, which we bake in a peel in the oven for 15 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C. We wash the cauliflower, cut it into pieces and fry it briefly together with cashew nuts in olive oil in a larger pot. Then pour water over the cauliflower (so that the whole cauliflower is immersed) and cook until soft (approx. 25 minutes). When the cauliflower is soft, pour the water into a bowl. Add the peeled roasted garlic to the cauliflower and blend everything together. Gradually add water, in which cauliflower has been boiled, to achieve the desired consistency of the sauce.
