  • 15 g corn starch
  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 10 ml rice vinegar
  • olive oil spray
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions:

Cut chicken breasts into cubes, add salt and pepper. Finely chop garlic and ginger and sauté briefly in olive oil. Next, add chicken breasts and sauté for a few minutes. In the meantime, prepare the sauce by blending orange juice, cane sugar, corn starch, and rice vinegar. Pour the sauce over the almost finished chicken breasts and simmer everything on a low flame for about 10 minutes. Serve chicken in orange sauce with rice and garnished with fresh oranges.
