Start by preheating the oven to 170°C. Then heat the cream and milk in a saucepan, but do not let it boil. Whisk the egg yolks together with the xylitol, cornstarch and vanilla Flavor Drops. It should form a thicker foam. Gradually add the hot milk and cream to the mixture. Whisk thoroughly. Divide the liquid prepared into 3 bowls and then place them in a deep baking dish.
Pour boiling water into the baking dish so that the bowls are as submerged as much as possible. Be careful, however, that the water does not get into the bowls with the cream.
