- 4 slices of wholegrain sandwich bread
- 50 g almond butter
- 1 banana
- 20 ml milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp cinnamon

Spread almond butter on both halves of the toast, place sliced banana on one half and put the other on top. Beat the egg with a fork together with milk, maple syrup and cinnamon. Coat the filled toasts with the egg mixture (just a few seconds on each side) and fry them until golden in a pan smeared with olive oil. Serve the toasts still warm with caramelized banana, which is prepared by frying the sliced banana with maple syrup in olive oil until golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
