Who wouldn’t love fried potato chips that are crunchy on the outside, and soft and fluffy on the inside. It’s just a pity that they are high in fat and calories due to the frying process. For those who would like to include fries regularly in their diet, however, we have an alternative in the form of baked vegetable fries. These boast a lower energy value, a higher fibre content and a delicious taste. As a result, they are worthy of a regular place in any healthy diet.
Ingredients for the veggie fries:

Peel, clean and cut the celeriac, carrots and sweet potatoes into strips that resemble French fries. The sweet potatoes should be a little thinner so that they are cooked through at the same time as the carrots and celeriac.
Place the fries on a baking tray with paper. Spray them with some oil and sprinkle with salt and thyme. You can also add any other spices you like. Mix everything together and spread evenly on the baking tray.
Place in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approximately 30 minutes and bake until soft. In the meantime, prepare the dip. Mix the cottage cheese with the crushed garlic and add black pepper to taste. Put it in a small bowl and serve with the baked fries.
